Disgust!!

It's the 11th January, 2019...And I still haven't had any feedback from my complaint logged with Customer Services. I called the Regional Manageress of Sheet Street, but she was on leave, but up to now there was no follow up or a response when i Hellopeter'd them. I called the customer care again yesterday, all you get is empty promises but no feedback. Sadly this means they don't value their customers and the shop assistants and Managers can treat their customers the way they want to. This is really unprofessional.
