Discusting service/******

My wife and I were in your store today and were looking at curtains. I asked the Black assistant if I could open the pack as I wanted to compare it to a paint swatch we had. She very rudely said no you can't. I told her she would lose a sale if I could not open it. She just ignored me and turned away. Disgusting service and as far as I am concern ****** as we are white. Two of your competitor had no problem with us opening the packs. Shame on you and your ****** staff. Rest assured you will have no further complaints from me as neither me nor any of my family and friends will enter your shop again.
