Disatisfied

I have a sheet street account which was in arreas for 3 month's. I went to the store to settle the outstanding amount I was told I'll be able to start buying again. When I decided to start using my account again I was advised I only have a R1 credit, we called the head office they advised me if I send my payslips or bank statement (which didnt make sense) the matter should be resolved it is now 2 month later still no update, when I called today I was told it's because of my credit score and I need to wait for the 7th of next month for a review I advised the agent my credit is fine the only thing that could've affected it was my sheet street. I have now closed my account due to this idiotic policy and I would never step foot in a sheet street store nor recommend friends/family
