Disappointed staff are unhelpful and not visible

Little disappointed visited the store in the bridge shopping centre port Elizabeth to day not much staff visible to help customers the most shocking part is after picking out stuff myself I get to the cashier she's the only one there every time I ask her weres something she just pointed like how wil.i know exactly were she's pointing to she could of called someone to show.me or even offered to.get the item for me because I have been to other stores like mrp home and they go.out they way to help a customer and the store wasn't even full this was my frist time shopping at this store and my last I'm so disappointed
