Dirty being sold as new.

I went into the store to buy a new duvet inner and what I saw was a few shop soiled duvet inners in their plastic bags being sold at full price! I don't want to buy a dirty thing that's going to go on my bed AND be expected to pay full price for it. I think that store needs to be inspected more often. When I told the sales lady she looked at the items and shrugged and walked away.
