CUSTOMER SERVICE NO EXISTENT - CHARGES ADDED TO ACCOUNT THAT WERE NOT AGREED APON.

I opened an account in April and was actually so excited for the account , but this excitement was only to be short lived. On my first statement I noticed that I had been charged for protection policy which neither myself or the store activated and straight away sent an email to enquire on this when I was sent an sms and told that this would be cancelled but would take 30 days. We are now in July and I am still being charged for this service every single month and interest is being added to my account all along. I tried contacting them telephonically on numerous occasions but no joy. Eventually got a whatsup number which I have been sending messages to but still no joy. I want this account sorted and then closed. I wish that I never opened it. Customer service is non existent and very poor communication. Till today have no call back from a manager or someone with a bit of authority!!! Really sucks. !!
