Customer Service Compaint

I just received a call from a customer service agent in regards to my account.
After this call I am seriously considering paying my account in full and closing my account.

My account was in arrears for April and I settled this quite early this month.

The reason for this is I did not receive a statement from Sheet Street and Kerissa from customer service was kind enough to email it to me after I settled my amount that was in arrears. According to my account history with Sheet Street I NEVER missed a payment before.

My next instalment for May is due on the 31st.

This lady who phoned me a moment ago acted as if my account was in arrears and as if I owed money and that I had to settle my account immediately.

I explained to her that my next instalment is due on the 31st and that it is NOT the 31st or even after the 31st. I am not late with any payment. Why is she therefore bothering me and acting rudely over the phone especially on a Sa****ay? She put the phone down in my ear!! If she explained in a polite way she just wanted to remind me to pay it would have been fine, however her candour was rude off the bat.

I missed a payment once and settled it as soon as I could. It did not happen again after that and already I am being treated rudely and with disrespect. If this is the case I will take my business elsewhere. Good day!
