Constant calling!

So I have an account with Sheet Street, which firstly took ages to open (should have been the first red flag!)...

I literally owe 354 which was taken via 6 months payments...

I have never received communication from them in anyways with regards to my installment... Or a statement that is. I missed 1 payment which I wasn't even aware of the amount to be paid (installment)...

Since Saturday I've been getting phone call after phone call as if I'm owing 3k or something...

Secondly you guys only realise then that you captured my email address incorrectly from the form... Could have sent an sms for goodness sake! I explicitly said I prefer email communication especially for such a small amount... I literally closed my truworths account because of being constantly called for owing a mere R50!

I wasn't even overdue by months or something just 2 weeks. Cancel that nonsense!
