Complain

Please can a HEAD of department please explain to me why it on so difficult to link my account to online shopping, I have been struggling with this for more than a month. Every time I have to phone hold on for more 7min and still get no service at the end of the day. All I want to do is link my account to online shopping but SHEET STREET can not do that
