Clearly branded and priced goods not accepted for return

After purchasing quite a large amount of linen from various outlets of Sheet Street, I was asked to return a certain color which was not suitable for the purpose. Unfortunately the slips could not be located. However the packaging was obviously unopened and seal still intact. The prices were clearly marked. Unfortunately Sheet Street have decided that I cannot return these items. I feel that there should have been at least an offer to try and locate the sales and a refund issued for these items. Other businesses offer compensation. I am unhappy about the fact that the items are so clearly brand new, having only been purchased a few days before at Westville Pavillion and Westwood Mall. Sorry guys. You are not my favorite.
