Charges from an unwanted policies

I went to the store to open an account and completed all the paper work, on the paper work. I stipulated that I did not want any addition policies , The company allergies that on the sub sequence phone call I agreed to take additional Policies. I refuted the claim and they claim to have a recording where I accepted the policies. I have asked the company to send me the recording and they have not done so till to date and the charges on that policy are accumulating while the matter remains unresolved.
