Charged more than item was marked

I bought 2 tulip wire wall decorations from Sheet Street on 21/03/16. The items were marked R179.99 each. I specifically looked at the price, as I was deciding which decoration to purchase, so price obviously was part of the decision process.<br> Assistant Dineo swiped my items & then bent behind the counter. I assumed she was putting items in a plastic bag. She swiped my card and only then did I see I was charged R219.99 each. <br> I asked whether the price was correct & she said yes - the old price was scratched out. I said it WASN't. She took the items out of the bag & the price was scratched out! I confronted her & said it definitely was not scratched out when I decided to buy the items. I went over to the rest of the tulip wire wall decorations still on display & the prices were clearly marked R179.99 each.<br> Manager Angie remedied the situation by refunding the purchase & charging me the price of R179.99 as it was before Dineo scratched out the price.<br> Dineo clearly acted inappropriate. When she saw there was a price discrepancy between the price tag & the computer, she should have pointed it out & called her Manager for assistance, but she acted in a sly manner which is very bad.
