CASH REFUND
I bought 3 quarters comforters, and they were small and returned them back, bought double for 3quarter bed it was too big, when I returned them, I was told they don't have cash to refund me back, I have to wait till they have the money to refund me back. they don't know when I must just keep on coming to the shop to check if they have money to refund me, by the way its only R500,wow...

I had to go back to the shop to check if they have cash to refund me, this time I found the manager, she was helpful and friendly and refunded me, and tried to help me find the right duvet size for my bed. I was just disappointed with the attitude I got when I return back comforters,especially when the Iady wasn't certain when I will get back cash, I should just keep come and check if it's available, it was frustrating cos both sizes didn't fit on my bed and they were so beautiful, I wanted them. But the matter is resolved now thank you so much.
