Canceling of insurance

I have written so many emails to request cancelation of the insurance linked to my streetsheet account im always refered to sent requst to *** which i nevver get a reponse not even a confirmation of receipt, since June been sending emails calling but no one is willing to assist, im forced to pay for them cos if i dont pay they affect my credit score. I need them cancelled and refund for the paument i have made towards them since from the date i have requested a cancelation.
