Broken item and no client support

I ordered an item from sheet street. The order arrived broken, I called fastway couriers, instruction from then were unclear and trying to log a call for collection on the site is hard and there is no reply from the support team on their site. Because fastway couriers have horrible service and can't give proper direction and doesn't respond on hello Peter, I thought I will post this here. What do I have to do to return this item and get it collected.
