I have more than once spoken to sheet street and send them emails I even complained to the consumer commission, sheet street charged me R200 for a sim card that they never delivered to me so they cancelled the card and debited the charges to my sheet street account they just don't care I repaid the purchase that i have done in December and still they sending me account calling and arresting me about the account,. The lady that sold me the sim advised that it can not be delivered at my work address although I told her that I can not stay home just for a sim to be delivered when I got home the lady across the road told me that there was a courier to deliver something for me even though I told them it can not be delivered at hom. due to there incompetence they charging me for it they can go back on the recording and listen to the conversation I was never told about a cancellation fee.
