Bad service from Sheet Street

I went to Sheet Street in Boulders Midrand to return an item.first the cashier took her time to come and assist me I had to ask if is there anyone who can assit me, i gave her the receipt and requested a refund she said she can not refund me in cash she asked for my bank card,she inserted into the the speed point. I then asked her what is the turn around time for a refund her response" I'm not sure maybe 24 hours" till now I have not received my refund in my back account when I call the shop no one answer*****r Customer service.
