Bad service

I have placed a online order on Sheet Street on the 1 of December 2024 up and till now the only feed back i got is that my order has been placed and ready to ship. I have phoned the call center and the operator has informd me that the order has not even been ship yet and that I must wait for a email to inform me that the order is at the store and that i can not cancel my order as it is already packed. On the website is states that it is a 5 to 7 days delivery. No that is a lie it is 5 to 7 day before it is picked and then don't know how long till it is ship in will never use sheet street online again.
