Bad service

I went to Brits mall on the 22nd June I purchased a deco ball I received a very good service, the ladies were very friendly thank you and keep up the good work. When I arrive at home I realised that it does not match with the ones I have, I decided to took it back to sheet street in town at Brits as I stay closure to it . When I gets there i explained to the store manager (Tryphinah) she respond with attitude said she won’t accept it as it has scratches while ther is no such thing how horrible she is . I went back to Brits Mall explain I was refunded immediately and they called Tryphinah that she was not suppose to send me away. People like Tryphina are not suppose to work there as they do not have manners and respect .
