Bad service

Bad service received from the branch. Searching for the specific item as below, but unable to locate what I was looking for, little to no stock for various items, colors don't match to redo an entire bedroom, shelves are in such a mess the staff didn't even know where to look. The teller on 01/05/2018 - she answered her cellphone for a private call whilst she was attending to me already to pay, she dropped the transaction and told her colleague to take over to finish my transaction, went around the corner to finish her private conversation. After getting home I realised that the KING - extra depth - extra length - FITTED SHEET was indeed a Flat sheet for Single bed in the wrong packaging. This is unacceptable as it is now causing an inconvenience to myself to go back again.
