Bad service

I went to this shop and was badly served by the lady called Brenda,I wanted a face cloth and she had a pile of them and told me that they were already taken by the shop staff just because they were on sale,when i told her that i am going to complain she told me to feel free.it seems like when things are for sale its for them not the customers.
