Bad service

I am not happy. I made a quotation at sheet street rustenburg shop number 408. Payment was made yesterday. Today earlier I decided to go submit proof of payment and get my things. Even now they are still trying to confirm payment as headoffice is not answering the phone. I am not happy as i have bought furniture and need curtains. I am not pleased, I should have bought from MRP home once.
