Bad service

I went to Sheet Street Mafikeng yesterday, I was assisted Phatekile Phakwa. That is the grumpiest cashier I have ever come across,no greeting,no thank you. I guess the guy thinks he is doing us a favour to serve us. Firstly when I got to the till there was no cashier and by the time he decided to assist me he didn’t even have the decency to greet me. Can Sheet Street please take their people for customer service or curtesy training. No wonder the guy was the only one in the store.
