Bad quality curtains

I bought curtains on Saturday and literally hung them the Sunday evening. The one side by the hook tore which I left and Yesterday I noticed the one hook also came lose. This is such terrible quality I've been trying to contact Canal Walk Sheet street to return these things because its untidy in my bedrooms and there's no answer
