BAD MANAGEMENT AND SALES ASSISTANTS NOT KNOWING THEIR JOBS.

Gooday, i wanted to know if the reciept in the end says a customer can return things with the digital print why did i get returned and i was told to print out the digital reciept and i will not get helped once i printed it out, i lost the e docket slip but i have the other one that got emailed to me? whats the purpose of the emailed slip if i will get told to print it out? why didnt it get printed out in the first place and not sent via email? where do i report such behavior?
