Bad horrible service by Jacobeth Sheet Street Soshanguve

I went to Sheet Street Crossing soshanguve today to pay my dad Mr Price account. My dad is deaf, so I normally go home to assist my mom and dad with what they need and go pay their accounts. My dad is 55 of age and has no email address... I get there to pay and I was assisted by Jacobeth and after putting in the pin, Jacobeth ask me to put in my email I tell her I don’t have email because my dad doesn’t have an email address and he would like to see the slip/ receipt when I get home. She tells me she will never allow me to pay the account at the store because my dad doesn’t have an email address or I should create one for him. I told her I can’t create an email for my dad he will not even be able to use it nor to view that slip.. the lady is super rude and has a bad attitude ... she has no empathy to wana understand their customers whatsoever... all she needed to do was to prove a point... I want her addressed... and this matter attended to.
