bad customer service still waiting on my online order

i am very disappointed with Sheetstreet and their bad customer services I have placed an order and was told my order will be delivered by 20 April 2022 however i then called back again and was told the order is still at the warehouse but i have not gotten my order as yet still up to today and when i call my call gets disconnected and I have received 2 confirmation emails that my order will be delivered today but I have gotten nothing and no one is responding to my emails
