Bad customer service

Today I went in to buy some face cloths when I get home and checked my slip I paid R310.94 I was assisted by Mbali Mgcina who was not very welcoming I tried to ask her why am I paying so much she did even check just took my card I paid R159.99 for a so called velour stripe b that I did not purchase and don't even know what it is she was busy listening to noisy customers to even look at what she was scanning tomorrow I will be going in store and if do not get my money back all hell will break lose
