Bad Customer Service
Dear Sheet Street Management<br> <br> Today at 16:41:27 I went to Sheet street Soshanguve Crossing and I experience the bad and horrible customer service ever in my life.<br> The cashier by name of Nqobile Temba gave me bad attitude ( bad customer service) when I asked her to call her manger she called the lady by the name of Violet Mashaba and still this lady didn't even give me competent service and worse they served me with a used plastic when I asked for a proper plastic they threw me with one. am very disapoited with the staff member of Soshanguve Crossing, I will like if the matter could be investigated and I want the report back of what steps have been taken against the member. I am not a pleased customer at the moment about sheet street.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Nelson Phochana
