Bad customer service

On Thursday I had the worst experience at Sheet Street Chris Hani Crossing where upon me requesting to layby 6 scatter cushions I was outrageously laughed at by the two ladies whom I needed assistance from. Their names are Naledi and Nomvula. A they laughed Naledi asked me why don't I buy/pay them cash? That's when I asked her to repeat her question as I could not comprehend the audacity to be undermining as paying customer in this manner. I asked for her name and the other lady and who was the store manager between the two of them and she said its Nomvula. I ended up putting down the four scatters on layby and bought the two cash and I got the rest of the two from Alberton City. This type of service is unacceptable to say the least and after this incident and paying this layby, I'm never shopping at this branch. I will stick to my usual stores in Alberton City and East Rand Mall.
