Bad customer service 😑

I visit Sheet Street- Goldfields Mall. Beautiful shop, alot of nice items. Had a bad customer service experience with staff nember, Mmatali Chris, talk in his own language to his colleagues the whole time, he assist me .When I got home,one of my items was not added in my bill. I phoned to let them know,they said I need to come in to town to fix there mistake! I will pay the item, as I did receive it,but they unable to give me an account number to pay for the item!
