Bad behavior by sheetstreet cashier

Hi, the service that I got at sheet Street a liberty Prominade yesterday it was disgusting by the African Xhosa lady that was assisting me and my fiance she was so rude and unprofessional, she kept on communicating with her colligues while assisting us and she seemed to be havibg a very bad attitude towards us, my fiance had to go and get the item that has a price because the one we had, had no price and she asked form us where the price not in a nice manner still, and I requested her to check the price of an item that was on sale it took her forever to find it and she didn't even bother to inform me about it, until I asked, I wouldn't recommend any other person to go and buy anything from sheet Street Prominade Mitchell's plain because of that lady. I hope she get desciplined with immediate effect.
