bad attitude /inconsiderite /

I have made a arrangement with the accounts department that i will pay tge account once i am back on my feet . I have resantly moved and alot of moving cost do deal with . On top of that i had to get a new job . I have received a sms saying that i ignored all calls and is now in default and i am 825 in arrears and that they have not received any payments . I made a payment of 200 end of feb with that is as much as i can affort and i informed the accounts department of this the first time they phoned me to say i.did not make payment . Your staff menbers at the sheet street mall at reds is ...i dont even have the words to describe them . What happens on my accoumt gas nothimg to.do with them and they.should keep their oppinions for themself . I dont ow them the money so who gives th the right to insult me and accuse me of being a bad payer .
