Awful service - I do not recommend

Really disappointing service. I ordered some bedding from the online store on the 8 March. On the 14th I received a mail to say it was “ready”, yet it was only collected by the courier on the 22nd March. Today is the 28th and it still hasn’t arrived in store for collection. It’ll be 3 weeks tomorrow since I ordered and I still don’t have my items. Absolutely disgusting. (When I called the store to query (on the 20th) I was told it was at the Pavilion Store, which is only around 20km from where it needed to be delivered (to the Watercrest store). Really annoyed as I needed the bedding for guests - I’ve never known a simple online order to take so long.
