Appaling Service by Store Manager

On the 5th of September 2015 I walked into Sheet Street at around 5pm and specifically asked the store assistant to please help me purchase R40 Telkom Mobile prepaid airtime. After I put emphasis on the \Telkom Mobile"due to being aware that Telkom has various services i was sold a TelkomHome prepaid airtime which I realised this on my way home trying to load it on my handset as it was already late. I returned back to the store the next day & politely explained my predicament to store manager and also expressed that I was specific about which type of airtime. She then told me that iI shouldn't have gone home and returned it the same evening"
