Account or not, service is nonsense
I bought a bag at Mr price gold reef mall with my Mr price account on the 9/04/2021,so today when I tried to zip it the zip broke, so I'm struggling to exchange it because I lost my receipt, can't they check on their system that I bought the bag there using their account
