5 Star service!

Just over a week ago I went to Sheet Street Jubilee Mall to buy some stuff for home. I was served by a lady by the name of Neo. She was very patient and empathetic. She went out of her way to assist, and offer advice (which I needed). She even went to find stuff from the back (store room, I guess). A day or two later, I called the store, and I was fortunate enough to be answered by Neo. She answered my questions, explained what I needed to do. What a polite and professional lady!!! Thank you Neo, keep up the great work. You are a star!
