So Called Sharp microwave agents!!

The most useless company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Was looking for spares for my Sharp Convection Microwave and these people are the so called agents for Sharp in South Africa. After a week of emails too and fro to get a spare they after much pleading from myself sent me an invoice for the spare required,only problem was it was the wrong part and the part invoiced was for a completely different model I eventually gave up and will import the part myself. I have always used Sharp microwaves and my last unit lasted me 15 years before I had to replace it,Unfortunately companies like this give the brand a bad name with poor or no backup service
