Website Builder gone awol

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHANE PAULSEN FROM WEB EXPRESSIONS!!! I paid R7500 for him to set up my e-commerce website. He basically took my money and disappeared. The impression he creates on his website https://webexpresions.co.za/ is that it is a big, established company. But from what I can gather it's a one man operation. No-one answers phone calls, whatsapps, nor do I get a reply from any of the multiple email addresses provided. I have done everything to try and recuperate the money I spent apart from going to the physical address in Brits that is provided on the website.
