We need our certificates

I joined a learnership which started last year at march year 2019, under a Davis &Dean company we were told its 12months contract like any other . We never received any stipend so they said its non-paying so around feb 2020 we were supposed to be completed believe me they still calling us to come for remedials what i do not understand we were given 17 registers which should be signed as attendence register just around july 2020, we are now confused as we dont understand if they receive money from Seta or whats going on.
