Uif claims

I am a Student i have been with Service seta under (Ubuntu institute)18 months, we have getting our l stipend late sometimes our Stipends are 2 or 3 months late. Right now our Contract has expired but Kate Khanyile doesn’t want to give us all our Documents to claim our UIF.she gave us incomplete ui19 forms, when we tried to contact her she doesn’t pick up our calls nor text back. Even if we email her she is not responding. I have been at labour offices 3 times but still with no help. They keep on telling me that my documents are incomplete . They want a payslip that we have never received, Confirmation letter and a Trading name on the forms. Our Contract stated that we will receive Laptops but we never received them.
