TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM SERVICES SETA: Delayed and incomplete payments???

Good Evening

My name is Khulisile Nene, a Services Seta Intern under Rekaofela Primary Co-Operative Ltd my qualification is Admin Assistance-LP07. Ever since we got into the internship we are currently a terrible experience regarding our payments, our contract says we will receive our stipends on the last day of the month but even today we receive late payments I've never received my full stipend.

Please help me cause now I don't have money for my transport fares and i'm expected to be on duty everyday but I don't know how I will report on duty and I also need my full stipend and top ups from the 1st April 2018.
