shocking shocking shocking. telephones not answer

have been trying since may 2014 to rec qualification certificate from gov dept. they loose it, they dont <br> answer phones, tell you to phone back next week. unable to get a job in my field as i have no certificate.<br> the training colleges are either a **** or owners have connections in gov as we get absolutely no<br> feedback regarding this matter. can i lodge a claim for no income received whilst goverment look into<br> this matter as they clearly need a couple of years to find the documents sent to them 3 times.<br> shocking shocking shocking.<br> i saved up and paid for this myself and have got absolutely nowhere.
