SETA Poor services and empty promises

I got a bursay and Seta hasn't paid my fees since July when I received the bursay outcome. I have been emailing a lady called Tshiamo asking about the payments and ahw always gives me excuses. It is now December and the fees are still not paid, now I'm unable to see my exam results. This is so disappointing.
