Services Seta must be shut down

Lpersonally feel that this organization uses the black disadvantaged youth as a front for their *******ion with the government. I am in a real estate learnership with Services Seta and EAAB and we only received our stipends twice, our required tools to work such as FFC, we haven't received and i have been trying to get help from last year October and the Executive Manager of Services Seta( Mamabele Motla) has been ignoring me after we spoke over the phone and their staff prevent to be attending to our matters then they also ignore us. This organization needs to be closed down, in our group only its over 200 learners that have not received their stipend from last year. Where is this money going?
