Services Seta

My brother wrote his trade tests on the 19/07/2021 and on the 20/07/2021 the training centre sent the results to services seta he was supposed to get his trade certificate in September he didn’t get it we’ve been sending emails to services seta the training center also sent emails we don’t get replies, we went to their Parktown office on the 24/11/2021 and we were assisted by a guy called Kenneth he told us that he sent an email to the lady who is responsible for trade test certificate by the name of Samantha they told us they will send the details NUM by Friday and they will send us an email when that has been done we’ve been waiting today when we call they don’t pick up our calls
