SERVICES SETA -

This is another organisation that is a nightmare to deal with - I suppose just their connection to the EAAB should be a warning. I never received my NQF4 certificate, and when I contacted Services Seta - I had to provide them with all of the information!! I mean really? The organization that should have all of your information, does not have it? And again, they are just as unhelpful and unprofessional!

Their emails are all automated emails, very similar when you leave a message on an answering machine. They make no effort to speak to you, ask questions or even follow up a query with a phone call. They make statements and if you do not understand their statements, or if they are incorrect - they just ignore you - they must be the sister or brother to the EAAB - because they are so similar to one another.
