Poor Service by the "Services SETA"

<p>I have BEEN for the past 6months trying to get my assessment scope from the Services SETA and the lady I've been communicating with is Patience Monyebodi. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am applying to be an Assessor but I'm not being assisted. I really don't know what to do. When you call you're on hold for hours and when you finally get through you're told you can't talk to the QA manager. I really feel defeated I don't know what to do as I can't just waltz in their offices without an appointment. </p> <p> </p> <p>The services SETA has really provided pathetic service Im really disappointed </p>
