Poor service and response

Good day,

Just want to find out why SETA have rejected my Assessor registration and now not making any progress after we have provided the necessary information regarding the reason for rejecting my registration (apparently Stakeholder does not hold enough experience for work at height).

If you look at my resume you will notice my background in work at height since which I have been actively involved since 2006. How much experience do you need?

Also we are a B-BBEE L1 SANAS certified L1 Company providing training where this registration directly affects our organisation profitability and productivity negatively.

Why is it that SETA Organisation is not responsive on this matter?

On previous occasion we also had to resolve a matter by posting similar query on social media, why do you respond and produce service after making concerns public on LinkedIn?

This is a problem, you need to seriously look at this as it is not acceptable.

We have been in contact with Fulufhelo and Godfrey at SETA with no resolution.
