Poor Service

<p>I was a full time student at Serwalo Hair academy in Colbyn in 2013 , I've completed all my levels and its been 3 years now and I only recieved my level 2 certificate I still need 2 more to qualify I've completed all my hours to become a qualified hairdresser but im in need of my certificates and serwalo tells me everytime they are waiting for Services Seta to deliver and when I call Seta they tell me the problem is at Serwalo I have been trying for a whole while to get my certificates and I dont normally complain about anything but this is affecting my future to become a qualified hairdresser. </p>
